How do i find price for selected hotel?
After your selection of choice hotel and dates of your stay, click on "check availability" and the prices will be displayed for the available rooms
How do i know conformation about my booking?
After the booking process you will see a confirmation page with your book number and PIN code, your booking is now confirmed. For future reference, please write or print your book number and pin code. You will receive an email confirmation on the email address provided during the reservation process. You can also view your confirmation via my booking.
How do I know my information is secured?
Once you have booked through LateRooms.com, your details are stored on our secure server, which cannot be accessed by anyone external to our company. These details are protected by the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which is independently certified by Global sign.
Why should i give my credit card details?
Your personal information and card details will be passed on to the hotel so they can process your reservation.Splendidrooms.com will never take any payment from you, we do need to take your credit card details to secure your booking with the hotel. You will pay at the hotel on check out time. Upon booking your card will usually be pre- authorized by the accommodation provider, however payment will only be taken if you fail to arrive at the hotel and you have not cancelled your reservation, or you fail to cancel your booking in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
To whom i do pay Splendidrooms.com or the hotel?
Splendidrooms.com will never charge you. You will pay at the hotel on check out time (departure); your card details are simply taken to secure your booking.
If I need any information is it easy to contact the hotel directly?
No-The splendidrooms.com team try and ensure all your requirements are met regardless of how complicated they may appear. To need any information our support team will assist to fulfill your requests and queries.
How do i search for hotels in or near particular point of interest?
After you select your destination, a list of hotels is displayed. Once you see the list of hotels you can refine your results by going to the map of that particular city. In that you will find a list areas, public transport hubs and tourist sites. The filtered results will show a distance in kilometers from the selected destination and the hotel. Please note that this distance is calculated as a direct route (straight line) and does not consider road distances.
How do i cancel my booking?
Please log on to My Booking Click on the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email, this will take you to your Booking page. Click on change to modify a room or click cancel to cancel the room.
Do you charge if i cancel the room booking?
No-Splendidrooms.com will never charge you on cancellation. The cancellation policy can be found on the hotel details page and on your booking confirmation. Cancellation policies for each hotel can vary so please ensure you to check the details when u book. Alternatively you can call our customer service line on +91 40 65356352.
How do I leave my Feedback?
To submit a review you must have booked through Splendidrooms.com and stayed at the hotel. If you are a Splendidrooms.com customer, you can submit a review through the automated review email. Upon booking you will be asked for a valid email address. We will use this email address to invite you to submit a review 48 hours after your departure date.
